Okay, now I'm getting really pissed!

So, I weighed in...not a change at all...not even one-pound. I just don't get it. Maybe there is something wrong with me. I hate doctors. Maybe I should go tho. See why I can't lose weight. Stuff like this really makes me wonder why I tried so hard to get passed my anorexia 5 years ago. I thought it would say I lost 2 or 3 pounds at least! Nope. I was excited the day before last because I felt confident I could move on to Billy Blanks AB Boot Camp from Basic Training. I am still going to run with it. What else could I do? I am eating 95% vegan (or more...I've only screwed up once in 3 weeks), I am eating more raw foods, little or no junk food, more homecooked stuff instead of restaurant stuff, and I exercise everyday! For at least an hour! Hard, hi impact every other day and something a little less hardcore on off days.

Lord help me.

Back to Basics

Last night I continued with the Billy Blanks Boot Camp Basic Training Video. I think I am going to stick with that one for another week or two before proceeding to the next tape. It's quite the work out and I want to make sure that I can do everything successfully before going forward. There are a few things right now that I would like to do better before I get to that point.

After the full 55 minutes - I did some independent stretches and yoga poses. Tonight, since it's an off night for the Boot Camp series I hope to do some pilates - low impact that is.

I will report back.

In the meantime, I was saying how frustrated I was...I still am about not losing weight...but I should be thankful that I am getting the exercise. I am feeling better about myself - which is a very good thing. Now, if the pounds will start melting away I would be even happier.

Yoga on the Ball & Aerobics

Last night I did 20 minutes of Aerobics. It was a nice workout and I finally started feeling some muscles from the Billy Blanks Bootcamp from the night before. I will be doing more Boot Camp Basic Training tonight! Anyhow, the Aerobics video was thru the Basic Series and Alan Harris was your host. He is very energetic. After 20 minutes of Aerobics I did 45 minutes of Yoga On The Ball. This was a neat workout...I really enjoyed it. The DVD was thru Natural Journeys...Natural Journey's Sara Ivanhoe was the host. I like her...she's very descriptive and her voice is soothing.

Keeping Track

I'm not sure if I will stick with this blog eventho I will be sticking with my exercises - we will see how it goes. I have been exercising everyday for 3 weeks and have only lost 1 pound. Very frustrating. Last night I decided to pump up my workouts and do so for at least 1 hour. Starting last night with Bill Blanks Boot Camp Basic Training and Street Heat Full Body (Cardio). So this was 55 minutes and 45 minutes worth.
