Jillian Michaels Newsletter

I signed up for the Jillian Michaels Newsletter. Not real sure why. I don't usually read much of it. I haven't been as active as much mostly because I am in the "Why bother" zone until my appointment. 6 weeks and not 1 pound lost. At least I know why I am not losing. Tell you what tho...eventho I am not losing any I think I am going to continue with the exercise because it helps with my daily mood.

Back to the newsletter...you can sign up on her website for it. I am looking for her DVD's cheap on ebay. They have a bunch of them at Kmart but I think I can get about better price online.

Anyhow, that's it for now.
